Jeremy Lawrence (Performer/English Lyrics/Additional Material.
A professional actor for 50 years on stage film and television (most recently: The Good Fight, Poker Face, As Good As It Gets ), Jeremy has worked with the material of the Weimar cabarets since 1991 when he created Cabaret Verboten which has been performed around the country , in London and Sweden. His English lyrics of these songs have been recorded by Ute Lemper among others and have been published in The Franz Waxman Collection.
Dan Furman (musical director)
He is founder of Brooklyn Tavern Theater, which puts on original musicals in taverns in Brooklyn and beyond. He is composer/lyricist/bookwriter of “Impossible But True,” “Joe Hill Revival” and composer and lyricist for “Ybor City” (with Anita Gonzalez, bookwriter) and Sign In the Six O’Clock Sky (with bookwriter Arnold Schulman). Dan’s newest show, “Walls and Windows” (with additional lyrics by Kristin Maloney) recently premiered at Brooklyn Art Haus in Williamsburg. (www.danfurman.com, www.brooklyntaverntheater.
