Anne Husick and Interstate Johnson have been playing together in their band EXIT 99 since 2016 along with Stu Richards (Magic Forest) on bass and Roger Stoltz (Phil Gammage Quartet) on drums. They just released an EP in April on Sprezzatura Records. It’s being played on radio stations around the world, so keep an ear out. Given the opportunity to play in a more lo-fi setting, the duo have been doing acoustic or semi acoustic shows for the past several years.
Anne has a long history on the downtown music scene, booking clubs, fronting several of her own bands and playing bass in too many bands to count.  She’s also had the opportunity to tour and record with Band of Susans, The Ronnie Spector Band, and Wilson Pickett’s Midnight Movers, and did time onstage in the NY and Chicago productions of Hedwig and the Angry Inch. 
In addition to EXIT 99, Interstate currently plays with The MGP Experience.
They’ll be playing mostly originals with a few choice covers thrown in for good measure.
