Multi-instrumentalist, composer/performer, Native New Yorker, Rachelle Garniez has been dubbed a Certified Free Spirit, and a Diva with a Difference.

Gone to Glory, her latest album, was released on StorySound Records on a Friday the 13th in March of 2020  – possibly one of the most inauspicious dates in recent history.  

The album celebrates the music of dear departed artists, and is a collection of songs from Rachelle’s annual Farewell Party concerts at Pangea, a tradition which began in 2016, when all hell broke loose on earth and beloved musicians such as Prince, David Bowie, Leonard Cohen, and Mose Allison shuffled off the mortal coil. 

These belated CD Release concerts features a full set of new song interpretations by Rachelle with bassist Derek Nievergelt, and a premiere screening of the 2020 Edition Farewell Party of One, a suite of music videos, including collaborations with visual artist Carri Skoczek and photographer George De Castro Day.
