The Unicorn That Discovered Self-Love by Alexander Scelso, starring Sitanya Face
A young man has lost both his job and his long-term on again off again relationship. He now works as a drag queen and has mustered up the courage in full garb to interrupt a wedding and seek his long overdue closure.
What starts off as a revenge plot to take back a day that was rightfully his, with the intention to ruffle feathers of the unsuspecting wedding guests with the truth, becomes a poetic catharsis of exposing and recounting the past to accept the present and remove bitterness and strong resentment for the future.
This isn’t about lost love or love unrequited. This is about healing and doing the gritty work to move forward, even at someone else’s wedding.
