Join composer and soprano Stephanie Susberich for an intimate evening of music at Pangea. Adept at performing both contemporary classical and traditional pieces, Stephanie also composes original music and will graduate with her Doctor of Musical Arts from the University of Missouri, Kansas City this May. Stephanie will be accompanied by pianist Brenda Quattrini in an evening offering beautiful classical arias and original contemporary pieces from her song cycles. The night is part of Stephanie’s concert series, Next Sounds, and provides a collage of songs imbued with romance and renewal, from classical to contemporary works. A night to remember!
“Stephanie’s music is nothing short of breathtaking. She seamlessly blends the elegance of opera with a modern touch, creating a sound that is both timeless and deeply moving. Every note she sings is filled with passion and emotion, leaving listeners captivated by her extraordinary talent. A true masterpiece in every sense—her voice and compositions are an experience to be felt, not just heard”

This song cycle will premiere as Stephanie’s debut album, Songs of Juana Borrero, this year. She is currently in the last year of her doctorate in music composition at the University of Missouri, Kansas City and frequently visits home, NYC, to perform and premiere new compositions.
