Nightlife veteran, writer, artist and raconteur, Eileen Dover brings you a night of story telling, songs and poetry. Dover will share stories from her personal diaries songs that relate and poetry from the heart, bearing all but her undies. Mike Handelman will accompany her on the guitar. Eileen Dover is a performance, visual artist and writer. She has been the opening act for Lisa Lisa and Debbie Gibson, and has worked with the likes of Boy George and Eartha Kitt–not that she’s one to name drop! She’s a Catholic school survivor from Boston who’s been residing in New York City off and on since the 90s. She hosts a podcast (picking up for a second season TBA at) with visual artist Gail Thacker, who’s at the helm of the legendary “Gene Frankel Theater.” Dover will be performing in Nora Burns show The Village this fall. She lives in Hell’s Kitchen
