Tweed is elated to present the first fruits of a new project—our beloved musical trickster Joshua Fried’s first non-RADIO WONDERLAND composition since before the before times. We got a brief taste: mesmerizing and quite intense! Joshua says his current experiments are “foundational” for a new body of work. Bay area dance phenom Christy Funsch will embody it; come see why both Dance Magazine and the Bay Area Guardian call her choreography “impeccably crafted,” witness the transcendent synergy, and oh yes, Joshua opens with a RADIO WONDERLAND set, steering wheel, shoes, boombox—all in play.
